We offer a 14-day refund window for all paid subscriptions, subject to the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase date

- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
- Refunds are not available for usage-based charges already incurred
- Subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds after the 14-day window

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astraeus Next Gen Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
